The Manager holds the relevant managerial qualifications to ensure the home is managed in line with the Care Quality Commission meeting the outcomes required. She has many years experience working within care.
The Staff Team at the home, is a team of highly trained staff who understand the needs of the individuals we support.

Each member of staff holds the required level of training to meet the needs of the people we support which include the minimum of NVQ 2 in Care.
All staff receive training as the needs of the individuals we support change. First aid, food hygiene, infection control, manual handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults, dementia awareness, fire safety and safe handling of medication are just some of the training we expect our staff to undertake to practice safety.
We ensure our staff are up to date with the laws, legislation and regulations of the essential standards.
